Sunny Services Co. provides residential and commercial window cleaning services, including interior and exterior window cleaning, screen cleaning, and related services as agreed upon with the customer. All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs upon arrival, including additional windows, excessive buildup, accessibility issues, or unsafe conditions. Any pricing changes will be communicated and approved before work begins.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all areas scheduled for service and for removing fragile items or personal belongings near windows prior to service. Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe working conditions at no additional charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least twenty-four hours in advance.
Terms & Conditions
Sunny Services Co. is not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as cracked glass, failed window seals, oxidized frames, brittle screens, improper installation, or manufacturer defects. Cleaning may reveal existing imperfections that were previously unnoticed. While every effort is made to protect customer property, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify Sunny Services Co. within forty-eight hours of service completion so we may make reasonable efforts to address the concern.
Privacy & Website
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Unpaid balances may result in the refusal of future service. Personal information submitted through this website or through service inquiries is used solely for communication and service-related purposes and is not sold, shared, or distributed to third parties.
